Kiki is the CEO & Founder of Invocation Studios, a boutique strategy and development consultancy for companies contributing to the restoration and evolution of people and our world.

As a coach and practitioner, she teaches the science of coherence and works with leaders how to manage their energy, attention and act more skilfully.

Kiki lives in Austin, TX, holds a BS in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Florida, and enjoys life as a perennial student pursuing interests in architecture and design, human sciences, history, philosophy, spirituality, mythology and more.

Kiki’s Story:

Kiki began her career in commercial real estate automation technology, spending years designing and building hi-tech campuses for Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and HP, where she received three national awards for sales performance and leadership with over $20M in revenue.

At 27, Kiki trained as a Transformational Coach and launched her first leadership development consulting business as a resource for companies to strengthen female-led subcultures, inspired by the difficulty she shared with other women who felt disconnected from themselves, colleagues and power to drive innovation in the workplace.

She co-founded the first women's empowerment movement at a major electronic music festival with Electric Forest in 2015, and worked with brands including Lululemon, Airbnb and Inkling to design and facilitate leadership development and experiential community programs for women.

Returning to her work inside organizations as Head of Strategic Partnerships, she built and executed industry-leading initiatives in technology and human development:

  • Co-produced the groundbreaking Life@Work conference series for senior executives on healthy human development and workplace culture.

  • Oversaw education and training programs for hundreds of low-income women and alumni to enter upwardly mobile careers during the pandemic with partners like Goldman Sachs and Kate Spade.

  • Developed global brand marketing programs with Visa and Botox to invest over $2M into hundreds of women-owned businesses globally.

Throughout her career, Kiki has became acutely aware of the challenges she and other leaders faced managing their inner mental and emotional state to be able to create safety for teams, communicate effectively, and perform at our peak.

She is a trained Resilience Mentor with the HeartMath Institute, and consults leaders and teams in techniques to reduce stress, improve communication and performance, and create coherence amidst chaos.
