Body & Soul: Art + Invocation

Ritual Uprising  presents Body & Soul

a ritual for women

Come experience our signature event, Body & Soul, a ritual for women that fuses music, yoga, dance, guided meditation and conversation.

Each month, a growing community of women comes together to celebrate our bodies, amplify our feminine spirit and grow our collective confidence.

This month's theme, ART + INVOCATION is inspired by our two guests:
Singer + songwriter, Nina Grae
Dancer + stylist, Kaley Isabella

This month's theme is inspired by our guests, exploring the body, visualization and intention as tools for modern women to call in what we desire and create a life of purpose.

We will learn about the ancient practice of INVOCATION and how it is a necessary tool for modern women who want to step following the rules and step into the role of creator and ARTIST in our lives / work / relationships with clarity + ease.

Through performance, guided visualizations and movement, we will explore the artistry of the female body and play with calling in and creating what we truly want in our lives.

Kaley's forms of sacred dance and Nina's music inspire us to explore the expression of the body as art, communion with and channell for invoking the divine.

As always, we end with a dance party to luscious sounds!

All women are welcome! No prior meditation/dance/yoga experience needed.

If you are seeking greater connection to your body, soul or sisterhood, please join us!

Body & Soul is Ritual Uprising's signature monthly event born out of Kiki's love for music, dance and a desire to meet more badass women in SF. She often collaborates with other teachers and performers, using the event as a platform to elevate the voices and gifts of rising women leaders.

No refunds will be issued for no shows. Please invite a friend, trade or gift your ticket to another woman on the community page!
